Website terms

Terms for using this website.

Access to and use of the S2 website are subject to these Website Terms. By using the Site, a visitor agrees to these terms; a visitor who does not agree should stop using it. The Site does not constitute an offer to supply S2 or the terms of an assessment, pilot or deployment.

Effective and last reviewed: 6 August 2026

Operator

The Site is operated by PROGGEN ZEROTH AI LIMITED, private company limited by shares, registered in England and Wales under company number 17374280.

Registered office: 27 Clover Drive, Dawlish, England, EX7 0FJ

Contact: info@proggen.co.uk

What these terms cover

In these terms, the Site means proggenzerothai.co.uk and any associated hosted version operated by ProgGen Zeroth AI Limited. S2 Materials means its text, graphics, validation summaries, downloadable reports, interfaces and other published content.

The Site is intended primarily for technically informed business audiences. Nothing in these terms affects mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limited evaluation permission

Subject to these Website Terms, ProgGen Zeroth AI Limited grants a visitor a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to access and view the Site for lawful personal or internal business evaluation. A visitor may share an unmodified link to a public page and may print or save a reasonable copy for that evaluation, provided all ownership, evidence-boundary and attribution notices are retained. No ownership right is transferred.

Prohibited use

A visitor must not, except where applicable law expressly permits:

  • reproduce, republish, distribute, adapt, translate or commercially exploit a substantial part of the S2 Materials;
  • systematically extract, scrape or compile the Site, including for commercial machine-learning training or evaluation;
  • remove or obscure copyright, attribution, evidence-boundary or ownership notices;
  • attempt to derive, recreate or disclose protected implementation detail from the Site or separately supplied material;
  • misquote evidence, omit its stated validation boundary or present a result as applying to another workload;
  • use the Site, company name or branding to imply a customer relationship, partnership, endorsement or approval;
  • probe, disrupt or misuse the Site, introduce malicious code, defeat security measures or interfere with another visitor.

Intellectual property and marks

S2 Materials are owned by or licensed to ProgGen Zeroth AI Limited and remain subject to the rights of the relevant owner. Except for the limited permission above, all rights are reserved. No licence is granted, expressly or by implication, under any copyright, patent, patent application, trade mark, design right, database right, confidential information, trade secret, know-how or other intellectual-property right.

ProgGen, ProgGen Zeroth AI, S2 and associated logos and visual identity may be protected as marks. Use of the Site does not grant a right to use, register or imitate them. Read the Copyright and Intellectual Property Notice.

Confidential material and separate agreements

The public Site intentionally uses high-level, outcome-focused language. Publication does not make non-public implementation detail or confidential know-how public. Detailed technical information is supplied only through an appropriate confidential engagement.

If material is supplied under a signed confidentiality agreement, assessment agreement or other contract, that agreement governs the supplied material and prevails over these Website Terms to the extent of any conflict.

Information and validation status

Site content is general information for preliminary evaluation. Completed A100 POC evidence, laptop validation, exploratory observations and explicit claim boundaries are identified separately. Results must not be applied outside their stated model, serving, hardware, workload and measurement boundaries.

The completed evidence is self-run. It includes separate RTX 5050 laptop testing through Ollama and a fixed-demand matched-pair POC through vLLM on a full Google Colab A100 allocation. It is not independent validation, production-cluster validation or a whole-system energy study. The A100 POC does not establish a measured capacity uplift or capacity ceiling.

No offer, professional advice or product warranty

The Site is not an offer to supply S2 and is not technical, financial, legal or procurement advice. It does not guarantee product availability, compatibility, savings, capacity improvement, production suitability or a favourable validation outcome for any workload. Assessment scope, pilot scope, service requirements, confidentiality obligations and commercial terms must be agreed separately in writing.

Availability and changes

ProgGen Zeroth AI Limited may update, suspend or withdraw all or part of the Site without notice. It does not promise that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors. Published evidence may be corrected or expanded, but historical statements must continue to be read against their stated date and validation boundary.

Third-party material and links

Third-party names, software and materials remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable licence terms. The Site may link to services operated by other organisations. Their availability, content and privacy practices are controlled by those organisations. A link does not create an endorsement unless expressly stated.

Responsibility and liability

Visitors must make their own evaluation and should not make procurement, capacity or deployment decisions solely from Site content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProgGen Zeroth AI Limited excludes liability for loss arising solely from reliance on the Site, inability to use it, or use of a third-party link. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

General provisions

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply so far as the law permits. A failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver. Rights concerning intellectual property, evidence boundaries, responsibility, liability and governing law continue to apply after a visitor stops using the Site.

Governing law

These Website Terms and any non-contractual dispute connected with them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.

Contact and related notices

Permission, infringement, security and general correspondence may be sent to info@proggen.co.uk. Written correspondence may be sent to the registered office above.
