This notice explains how personal information is handled when someone visits the S2 website, prepares an assessment request or contacts ProgGen Zeroth AI Limited. The assessment interface works locally and uses a deliberate email handoff rather than an automatic web submission.
Effective and last reviewed:
Controller and contact
PROGGEN ZEROTH AI LIMITED is the controller where it determines why and how personal information is processed.
27 Clover Drive, Dawlish, England, EX7 0FJ
Privacy enquiries and rights requests may be emailed to info@proggen.co.uk or sent to the registered office and marked “Data Protection Enquiry”.
Scope and sources
Information is obtained directly when a visitor enters details into the assessment interface, sends an email or otherwise corresponds with the company. Website hosting and security providers may generate technical information when the Site is requested.
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. Information about a child should not be submitted.
Information handled
Assessment and contact information: name, work email, organisation, serving platform, a short non-sensitive description of capacity pressure and the requested next step.
Correspondence: the contents of a message and information needed to respond or maintain a business record.
Technical delivery and security information: internet protocol address, browser or device information, requested pages, request time and security events that may be processed by hosting infrastructure.
Assessment entries remain in temporary page memory until the visitor refreshes or closes the page. Nothing is sent automatically or stored by the website. If the visitor chooses to send the prepared email, the information is delivered to info@proggen.co.uk through the visitor's email service.
Providing information is optional
A visitor is not required by law or contract to prepare or send an assessment request. If no email is sent, ProgGen Zeroth AI Limited receives no assessment request from the website. Omitting relevant contact or workload-fit information may limit the company's ability to respond.
Confidential workload data, source code, credentials, raw prompts, protected configurations and detailed internal records should not be sent in the initial email.
Purposes and lawful bases
Website delivery and security: legitimate interests in publishing, operating, protecting and improving the Site.
Assessment and commercial enquiries: legitimate interests in responding to requested business discussions and, where applicable, taking steps requested before entering a contract.
Business administration and legal records: legitimate interests in managing correspondence, protecting legal rights and complying with applicable legal obligations.
Direct marketing: sending an assessment email does not add the sender to a marketing list. Any future direct marketing must use an applicable lawful basis and provide an effective opt-out.
Where legitimate interests are relied upon, ProgGen Zeroth AI Limited considers the purpose, necessity and effect on the individual and limits processing to what is reasonably required.
Recipients and service providers
The website itself does not submit a form to ProgGen Zeroth AI Limited. If a visitor sends a prepared message, the visitor's email provider and the service supporting info@proggen.co.uk process it for delivery. OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers may process technical request and security information to host, deliver and protect the Site.
Personal information is not sold. It may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to service providers, professional advisers or public authorities, subject to applicable duties and legal requirements.
Retention and international processing
Received enquiries are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, assess product fit, manage an ensuing business relationship, meet legal or contractual requirements, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Records are reviewed against those purposes rather than retained indefinitely.
Email and hosting providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data protection law requires a transfer mechanism, the applicable adequacy regulation, contractual safeguard or other lawful mechanism must support that transfer. Current information about relevant providers and safeguards may be requested using the privacy contact above.
Security
ProgGen Zeroth AI Limited uses data minimisation and provider security controls appropriate to the limited information handled through the Site. Email is not a secure channel for sensitive technical information, and no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Initial enquiries must therefore remain non-confidential.
Your rights
Depending on the processing and lawful basis, a person may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal information, receive portable information, and object to processing. Requests may be sent to info@proggen.co.uk or the registered office. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.
Right to object: a person may object to processing based on legitimate interests. The right to object to direct marketing is absolute, and direct marketing using that person's information must stop when a valid objection is received.
The qualitative workload diagnostic runs only in the page. It does not produce a technical assessment, is not stored by ProgGen Zeroth AI Limited, and is not used to make a decision about a person with legal or similarly significant effect.
How the email handoff works
Preparing a request does not transmit it. Selecting “Open email client” passes a pre-addressed draft to the visitor's email application. The visitor can review, edit or abandon it. ProgGen Zeroth AI Limited receives personal information only if the visitor chooses to send the message to info@proggen.co.uk.
Changes and related information
This notice is reviewed when the enquiry route, hosting arrangement, data use or provider position materially changes. The date above identifies the current version.
